Life Coaching

The art of coaching ...

Coaching is about listenning to the present to move towards the future. Through questions, the coach helps the client to clarify his values upon which he can align his goals .
Coaches don't have the answer, they have questions. As coaches, we believe that the client has the aswer to his questions inside her/him. We believe the client is the expert .

The coaching relationship is a partnership between the client and the coach.

The journey is built on strong foundations of trust , confidentiality , committment and action.

...and the coaching trough art:

By bypassing the logical mind, creative expression helps us to aknowledge and explore our , values , beliefs , feelings and experiences that may have been pushed aside in the haste and confusion of our lives.

By freeing our mind, artistic expression enhence our creativity .

Creativity is the essence of any change we make in life .
Creativity shakes the well known to find out the less travelled path .
Creativity brings us to our uniqueness .

Expatriates, and globally mobile people, face challenges that require them to be open minded, flexible, curious, adaptable...
in one word: creative.

By combining my coaching skills and my vision of creativity ,I'm inviting my client to explore unexplored roads. ...and find themselves.

Although, I do use artistic expression sometimes in my sessions. They are absolutely no artistic skills required for this approach.

I use creative art for the process (what it reveals about one-self), not for its final product.

What happens if we don't live in the same town or even country?

Modern technology is giving us the opportunity to have access to very low cost (if any) communication facilities. I do phone coaching sessions the same way I do a face to face coaching sessions.
